Bracklin Wedding Discos and Bracklin Disco Services are owned and run by Andy and Sandra McQueen.

The parent company – Bracklin Disco Services – has been a successful local mobile disco company since the start of the millennium. Before that, Andy was part of the local music scene as a musician playing in wedding bands  for many years. He moved over to mobile disco 20 years ago and has loved the variety this medium creates. It’s not a job if you love what you do!

We can travel to celebratory events throughout the Tayside, north Fife and Perthshire areas.

Bracklin Disco Services has always offered wedding discos as part of the services we provide but we decided to create a website dedicated solely to weddings. This, we felt would be of more benefit to couples looking for a wedding disco provider, and who don’t necessarily want to trawl through pages of other event hostings to get to the one page they’re interested in – we know you have so much else to organise.

We wanted you to be able to see at a glance what we can provide for you on your big day, it’s that simple!

Ours is a relatively small business  but we make no apology for that. We are not a DJ agency, and don’t claim to have lots of self-employed DJs available. This means you get the personal touch from a highly experienced, professional and dedicated partnership. In our experience the more people involved the more chance there is for errors and omissions, and you just can’t have that on your big day.

There are a number of disco companies capable of providing good music for your event, but the personal touch is harder to come by. Fortunately, our reputation thrives on both.

Having been in the music business since the 70s, when Andy played in a couple of local bands, he has an in-depth knowledge of what types of music work well for different occasions and attendees, so the move over to mobile disco to continue this love was the next step.

He loves to see people being happy and enjoying themselves whatever their taste in music. He also enjoys helping people decide what songs best suits their celebration – and then watch everyone having a great time!
We’ve covered every type of celebration you can think of – and probably a couple you didn’t.

But that’s what makes it all so enjoyable for us – if you’re happy then our job is done. We believe strongly that the right choice of music goes a long way to making an event extra special for you and all your guests.

More couples are choosing a disco for their wedding entertainment these days and we feel that, while we don’t provide live entertainment, we can and do cover all genres of music, including Scottish Country Dance music for a ceilidh-style section , so if you want a bit of the traditional in amongst the rock and pop, then that’s no problem.
